In the heart of the ski resort with peaceful surroundings and a view overlooking the valley. Week rental from Saturday to Saturday

Sixty three high quality apartments. Two or three room apartments (25 to 45 m) for two to eight people. Equipment: refrigerator, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, tv, bathroom or shower room, bed linen. We have a ski store and adequate parking for our guests.

Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure only if: - the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged; - you have done the cleaning at the end of your stay.

ADDITIONNAL SERVICES :
- Formule Mona Lisa Confort : bed linen and television : 60 € per apartment per week
- Formule Mona Lisa Zen : formule Mona Lisa confort + cleaning of apartment at the end of the week (except kitchen corner) : 110 € per apartment per week
- Formule Relax : formule Mona Lisa Zen + beds made at arrival, cleaning of apartment in the middle of the week (except kitchen corner), cleaning kit and bath linen and towels : 150 € per apartment per week.

Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (possibly exceptions).

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 16:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.61 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 15 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
